Here we are just before the July 4th holiday. We are still in a good market with an adequate amount of inventory, low interest rates and good economic environment. At the moment there are 64 homes and condos for sale ranging in price from $266,900.00 to $1,380,000.00. Thirty homes have sold ranging in price from $168,200.00 to $975,000.00. The past two years have seen sales of 87 homes and condos. As we enter our “traditional” selling season of July 4th to the end of October, we’ll see if we can match or beat sales of the last two years. I think we will.
