2015 turned into a record year for sales of homes and condos in Manzanita and Neahkahnie.  We ended the year with 86 sales.  In 2014, there were 76 sales.  Prices ranged from $155,000.00 to $1,285,000.00.  Currently, there are 46 homes and condos for sale.
